Shipping and delivery
1. The Seller charges for the shipping service contribution throughout the national and international territory, which varies from country to country and depends on the size of the Product.
The correct amount applied can be viewed during checkout, once the shipping address has been indicated in the appropriate form.
2. Once payment has been made, the Seller will send an email to the address indicated by the Customer with a summary of the purchase data.
3. Home delivery will be carried out via the courier FedEx or GLS.
4. The Seller will deliver the purchased products via express courier which guarantees delivery throughout the territory within 20 working days from the first working day following the order date.
5. Delivery will be carried out only on working days, from Monday to Friday according to the time slots set by the courier.
ATTENTION: All deliveries are made via express courier: to receive the package you must indicate as the address a place where there is someone who can collect the goods.
6. In the event that the courier is unable to make the delivery due to the absence of the recipient, he will leave a notice of attempted delivery and will try to deliver the goods again the following day.
7. The Customer is invited to contact the Seller in the event of a delivery delay and in any case to report any disservice detected.
