Refund and returns

Purchases made on the website www.paldeidogi.it are governed by Italian law on mail order sales. In the event that the Customer has made a mistake in the order and has received an item that he did not want, he has 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal, or the possibility of returning the product.

Customized works are not eligible for the return request and therefore are not returnable.

Pursuant to articles. 64 et seq. DLT 206/2005, the consumer Customer, i.e. a natural person acting for purposes other than any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity carried out, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and consequently has the right to return the purchased goods and obtain a refund of the expense incurred, in compliance with the methods indicated below.

1. Within 14 days of delivery of the order, the Customer may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract (hereinafter “Withdrawal”), without having to pay any fee or penalty and without having to provide a reason.

2. The Withdrawal is exercised by activating the specific procedure for online return  and filling out the form below. The Customer, after receiving the return authorization and instructions on how to proceed from the Seller at his/her email address, can book the collection by connecting to the website of the chosen courier to produce and print the return label to apply to the package.

3. To return the products, the Customer can use a courier of his/her choice.

4. The shipping costs for the return are paid by the Customer, except in the case where the product has a defect. In this case, the Seller will also reimburse the shipping costs for the return.

5. The products must be returned intact, undamaged, with the original packaging and without signs of use. No refund will be due in the event of removal and/or damage to the products and/or the packaging containing them.

6. The Seller will provide a full refund of the price paid by the Customer, excluding delivery costs, if paid by the Customer, within 14 days of receipt of the products at the Seller’s premises. In the event that the product is returned due to an ascertained defect, the refund will also include the outward and return shipping costs. If, however, the return occurs due to a choice of the Customer and the product is compliant, the refund will be limited to the price of the product only, excluding transport costs. This refund will be made by the Seller using the same payment method used by the Customer to place the order.
