Payment methods
Accepted payments
The Seller provides the following payment methods, which the Customer can choose when completing the order:
1. Bank transfer
In this case, the Customer must make the transfer of the amount indicated during the transaction, including shipping costs, to the credit institution and current account number indicated on the order confirmation web page and in the email automatically sent to the customer.
The goods will be shipped only after receiving the full payment.
No bank charges may be charged to the seller.
Attention: Payment must be made within 5 days from the date of the order. After this deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled.
2. Credit Card Payments (managed via Paypal)
Credit card payments are processed via the PayPal circuit. At the time of the online transaction, PayPal authorizes the amount of the order, which will actually be charged only when the order is processed by the seller.
The Customer must be the holder of the valid credit card at the time of ordering the Products purchased online.
Attention: At no time is the Seller able to know the information relating to the customer’s credit card, transmitted via a secure connection directly to the site of the banking institution that manages the transaction. The Seller cannot in any case be held responsible for any fraudulent use of credit cards by third parties, at the time of payment for Products purchased on the site.

3. PayPal Circuit
In the case of purchases via the PayPal payment method, the amount relating to the order is debited from the PayPal account at the time of order acquisition.
The payment procedure takes place on secure and encrypted servers owned by PayPal which processes the data without any intervention by the Seller or third parties.
In the event of cancellation of the order or exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s PayPal account.
Invoicing
For each order confirmation, the Seller will issue a specific invoice/receipt that will be inserted inside the package sent to the Customer. The invoice/receipt will be issued based on the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order. Changes to the invoice are not permitted after its issue.
